We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please keep your invoice or dispatch note as proof of purchase and guarantee.

If you need to return an item that you are not pleased with, that is faulty, or that has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

How to Arrange a Return

If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please contact Pet Med Direct within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please have your order reference number ready. If your order was damaged in transit, you may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Refunded

For safety and regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on the following products:

• Prescription and non-prescription animal medicines

• Vaccines

• Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive products

This includes items ordered in error, unless you contact us before dispatch to cancel the order.

Note: No refrigerated items will be dispatched after 4pm on Wednesdays to ensure safe delivery before the weekend. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following Monday.

If refrigerated or temperature-sensitive products must be returned (in exceptional circumstances), they must be shipped using a tracked cold chain courier service to ensure product integrity.

Postage and Refunds

When sending a return, the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
You are responsible for the return postage costs unless the return is due to an error by Pet Med Direct or a faulty product.

If the return is our mistake or the item is genuinely faulty:

• You will receive a full refund or replacement, and

• We will cover the return postage costs (UK and Ireland only).

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
