Standard Deliveries
Parcelforce 24
1–3 working days. Express service for more urgent orders. Typically from £7.95.
Parcelforce 48
3–5 working days. A cost-effective option for standard deliveries. Typically from £6.90.
Cold and Temperature-Sensitive Items
Certain products and vaccines must be kept at controlled temperatures during transit. These are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, typically from £14.50, usually arriving next day before 2pm.
These orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday only, with all-cold items packed using insulated liners and ice packs. Someone needs to be available at the delivery address to receive and store the package as soon as it arrives.
Dispatch Timings
- Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, are processed the next working day
- Most orders are usually ready to leave us within two working days, as some products are sourced as orders are placed
- You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched

- Delivery times are estimates and can't be guaranteed, especially during bad weather, strikes or busy periods
- Some remote areas may need an extra day for delivery

Why might my cold item take longer than expected?
Cold and temperature-sensitive orders are only dispatched Monday to Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday's cut-off are sent the following Monday so they still arrive safely.
Will I be told the exact cost before I pay?
Yes, postage costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order's weight, delivery type and destination, so you'll see the cost before completing your order.
What if no one is home when a cold item arrives?
Someone needs to be available at the delivery address to receive and store cold items immediately, as we can't take responsibility if a parcel is left unattended or delayed after delivery.
