Monthly £20 Pet Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how our monthly prize draw works. By submitting a review through the link in your review-request email, you agree to these terms.

1. Promoter

This prize draw is run by Pet Med Direct, 47 Old Coach Road, Templepatrick, Ballyclare, BT39 0EX.

2. Who can enter

You can enter if you have a valid, Completed order with Pet Med Direct and you submit a review using the link sent to you in your review-request email.

3. One entry per order

Each eligible completed order gives you one entry into the draw. Submitting more than one review for the same order does not earn extra entries.

4. Genuine reviews only

Your review must reflect your genuine experience of ordering from Pet Med Direct.

5. All ratings are equally eligible

It makes no difference whether your review is positive, neutral or negative — every genuine review has exactly the same chance of winning. A more positive rating gives you no advantage in the draw.

6. Publishing consent makes no difference

Whether or not you agree to let us publish your review has no effect on your entry. You’re entered into the draw either way.

7. Free entry

There is no extra cost or purchase required to enter beyond your original order. Entry is free.

8. The prize

Each month we give away one prize made up of a £10 KONG pet toy and a £10 James Wellbeloved dog or cat food voucher, with a total value of £20.

9. Entry period

Each entry period runs for one calendar month. Entries close at 23:59 on the last calendar day of that month.

10. How the winner is chosen

One winner is selected at random from all valid entries received that month.

11. Contacting the winner

We will contact the winner by email, using the email address on their order, within 14 days of the draw taking place. If we do not hear back from the winner within that time, we may select a new winner in their place.

12. Prize substitution

We will provide the prize as described above. If a specific item is genuinely unavailable, we may offer a reasonable alternative of similar value instead.

13. Your data

Information you provide to enter this draw — such as your order number, review and contact email — is used only to administer this promotion. It is handled in line with Pet Med Direct’s Privacy Policy.

14. Not sponsored by KONG or James Wellbeloved

This promotion is run by Pet Med Direct. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by KONG or James Wellbeloved unless stated otherwise.

15. Eligibility

This prize draw is open to customers who have placed an eligible order with Pet Med Direct.
