Long-term use for chronic conditions is an authorised use, but needs regular veterinary monitoring.

How it’s given
Given orally, with food or directly into the mouth, shake well before use. Your vet sets the exact dose by bodyweight — never adjust it yourself.
Safety information
Not for use in cats under 6 weeks of age
Not for use in pregnant or lactating cats
Not for use in cats with impaired hepatic, cardiac or renal function, gastrointestinal disorders, haemorrhagic disorders, or hypersensitivity to meloxicam
Do not combine with other NSAIDs or corticosteroids
Possible effects (very rare) include reduced appetite, vomiting, diarrhoea or lethargy; contact your vet if you notice anything unusual
