Dorwest’s instructions are based on bodyweight:
First 3 weeks: 2 tablets per 10 kg bodyweight daily.
After that (maintenance): 1 tablet per 10 kg bodyweight daily. Dorwest says this can be doubled if required.

Dorwest’s website also shows a simplified feeding chart by dog size, and its figures differ from the per-10 kg rule at some weights. If your dog’s weight falls between the examples above, or you are unsure how much to give, ask your vet.

How long does a pot of 500 tablets last?
At Dorwest’s maintenance amount, a 10 kg dog on 1 tablet a day uses a pot of 500 in about 500 days, and a 20 kg dog on 2 tablets a day uses it in about 250 days. The pot runs down faster during the first 3 weeks, when the amount is doubled.
Is garlic safe for dogs?
Garlic can be harmful to dogs in large amounts. Dorwest says its tablets give a consistent, measured amount of garlic extract, and that the few side effects reported have mostly been mild tummy upsets. Keep to Dorwest’s instructions, keep the pot out of reach of pets and children, and stop giving the tablets and call your vet if your dog seems unwell.
